About
Dr. Ernst Pierre Vincent is an academic and practitioner whose work focuses on conflict resolution, strategic leadership, ethics, multicultural leadership, and Haiti/Caribbean affairs. His professional path combines university teaching, research, organizational leadership, faith-based leadership, and civic engagement.
He holds a Ph.D. in Conflict Resolution Studies from Nova Southeastern University, along with graduate studies in conflict resolution and leadership. His work is shaped by a commitment to values-driven leadership, rigorous analysis, mentoring, and practical approaches to complex social challenges.
Across academic, nonprofit, church, and public-facing contexts, Dr. Vincent helps students, leaders, and organizations think critically, act ethically, and respond constructively to conflict and change.
